The approach offered is simple. Come into therapy with an open mind, build trust in who you are. Leave therapy with a greater appreciation of who you need to be.
Therapy
Counselling West offers both face to face appointments and online therapy. It is important that therapy is the right fit for you. All initial appointments focus on what you need from therapy and you assess if this service feels right for you at this time. If this is the right place for you then further appointments are arranged at a time and date that works for you and your therapist. This is the proccess for Adults, Adolescents and Parents. So begins a new part of your journey.
